Compound Bows, Crossbows and Broadheads are Prohibited.

• Shooting Classes for Recurve, Longbow, and Primitive for Male/Female and by Age.

Summer Intro to Archery Class 2024

June 13th - August 1st | 6:30pm - 8pm CT

** Registration will be open Mar 27 at 12:00 AM. **

If you’ve ever wanted to try the sport of archery, this course is for you!

The class is for anyone, ages eight and up, who would like to give archery a try.

• Ages 8 to 100. Bring Mom, Dad, Grandma, and Grandpa!

• No experience needed! You will learn from courteous, knowledgeable instructors.

• All equipment is provided. (Or bring your own)

• Each week will build on the fundamentals of good archery form.

Class times are from 6:30 to 8:00. Thursday Evenings for 6 weeks beginning June 13 th to July 25th, 2024.  ** No Class on 4th of July. **

The cost for the Public is $25.00 per person with a family max of 50.00.

Children must be at least 8 years old to attend the class.

Class size is limited!

NFAA Midwest Outdoor Sectional

June 15th & 16th, 2024

EVENT DETAILS

The NFAA Midwest Outdoor Sectional event is an annual field archery shoot. The Midwest event takes place in Minnesota, South Dakota, and Missouri with each location’s scores combined to determine the overall winner. This event is not required for participation in the NFAA/MN State Field Championship. They are separate events.

The shoot will take place at Rapids Archery Club. The address of the club is 1255 133rd Avenue NW, Andover, MN 55304.

The Midwest Sectional is a two-day event on June 15 & 16, 2024. On-site registration and official practice opens at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 15th. The event begins with a shotgun start at 9am. on Saturday.
